System Introduction

  1. Each individual drawer can operate independently, support independent task configuration, and allow mid-process task addition.
  2. Real-time data upload according to the set data upload time interval, avoiding data loss.
  3. Software customization available according to customer requirements.
  4. The software interface can display real-time information of each product, such as aging conditions, start time, and remaining time.
  5. Aging conditions can be freely defined; each aging condition can be set in segments and steps. The sampling frequency of real-time aging data is configurable, with real-time data display, free plotting, and customizable data storage format.

Software Functions

  1. Online monitoring of voltage and current; read internal module parameters via I2C bus for judgment and recording.
  2. Real-time monitoring of internal DDMI parameters of the module, with real-time criterion function. Each channel is equipped with independent on/off control, independent current limiting protection, and independent short-circuit protection.
  3. A single system supports aging of up to 216 modules simultaneously.
  4. Independent temperature control for modules on each aging board, and independent operation of each drawer, facilitating adaptation to production line capacity.
  5. The entire system adopts a modular design, enabling convenient maintenance with maintenance time as short as a few minutes.
  6. Supports power-off protection (data retention during power outage and on-site recovery upon power-on); modules feature delayed power-on to prevent surges.
  7. Data recording and analysis; integration with MES/FIS/PCS information systems.

    Module Current

    When 3 modules are inserted into a single aging board, the maximum current supported per module is 8A or 15A (optional). The maximum supported current per channel can be increased by reducing the number of modules. The current limiting protection value and over-temperature protection value of a single module can be set via software.

    Module Parameter Monitoring

    Monitors and records the operating voltage, operating current, monitoring voltage, temperature, bias current, transmit power, and receive power of each module for subsequent query; automatically uploads to the database. Real-time reading with refresh time less than 3S. Real-time criteria can be set for the monitoring parameters of each module; the channel will be turned off if the parameters exceed the protection value.

    System Interface

    Human-machine interaction; can view the order number, model, monitoring parameter data, furnace position, quantity, temperature at different positions in the chamber, remaining aging time, and furnace exit prompt of modules in the corresponding layer. The software automatically obtains the current aging status upon restart.

    Aging Board

    Records the aging board number; there is a binding relationship between the aging board and the module. Both the aging board and the aging drive backplane adopt gold finger insertion. Customized aging boards are available.
